Meet Lynette Sledge, a Client Advisory Services (CAS) Specialist with The Hechtman Group. As a key member of the CAS team, she oversees various monthly initiatives that support outsourced accounting operations for the firm’s clients. With a background in office management, bookkeeping, and accounts receivable/payable, Lynette is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction through her attentive and detail-oriented approach.
Lynette takes pride in understanding each client’s preferred communication style—casual or formal—and consistently ensures that every interaction is respectful and considerate. She listens closely to make sure clients feel heard and valued, traits she also appreciates at The Hechtman Group, where cooperation and consideration are core values.
Initially from Pasadena, California, Lynette pursued her education at Marymount College Rancho Palos Verdes and Diablo Valley College. Her professional background includes experience at Marcum LLP and as an independent contractor supporting small businesses across California and Illinois.
Early in her career, Lynette had the unique opportunity to work as an art gallery attendant during college. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for the arts, which she shares with her husband, a weekend artist, and their creative children. In addition to her love for the arts, Lynette enjoys traveling and embracing new cultures with her family. At home, she enjoys spending time with her playful six-year-old dog, Izzy. Lynette is committed to living purposefully and contributing to the greater community.
