As we have indicated, we will be winding down the EBS portal effective September 1, 2022. The portal will no longer be available, so we encourage you to retrieve any files that you have saved prior to September 1st. Please store the files you want to keep in your personal or business environment, or alternatively, you may consider options such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. THG will continue to use Safe Send Exchange to securely transfer files back and forth to clients. The Safe Send Exchange platform will allow you to access files sent by THG for up to 7 years. Think of it as a secure email box in the cloud.

  2. If you do not remember your password, click on ‘forgot password’ and the system will email you a new temporary password to reset your password and access the portal.
